The Party's Over

On Thursday (Cody's actual birthday) we took him to Mi Rancho that evening... his favorite restaurant where they sang and decorated his face with whip cream and cherry...  FUN... he loves it!!!

This year was a small family only party for Cody on Saturday, but we let him choose the venue and he selected Chuck-E-Cheese (my favorite... ugh).  We hadn't been there in well over a year and so it seemed like a good idea.  Well,  now 5 and almost 7 years old they have outgrown many of the little rides and all they cared about were tickets, so they fed coins into the ticket games like CRAZY....  it was much more expensive then it's been in the past!!

We ate lunch at Black Eye Pea then headed home for gifts and cake.  This year the requested cake theme was "The Lion King"

The must have gift this year was "Chilly" the snowman from Doc McStuffins.

He had a GREAT time!!!!
